The following paper analyses the booming pre-owned car segment in India. SIAM expects this industry to have a CAGR of 10% over the next 3 years. Therefore, research has been undertaken to analyze the various factors that affect customer buying decision. By reading and reviewing related articles as well as using their own experience, the authors have pin pointed various factors that are influential according to them. Also, looked upon is the EKB model of consumer behavior.
